Can I buy it?
You can buy this if;
- Your vehicle is less than 3 years of age,
- Your vehicle has covered less than 30,000 miles at the start of cover,
- You have fully comprehensive motor insurance,
- Your Premium Vehicle Replacement Insurance is purchased within 180 days of vehicle purchase,
- Your vehicle cost under £50,000 at time of purchase - unless agreed in advance with the scheme Administrator,
- Your vehicle was purchased outright - cash,
- You have borrowed money to purchase your vehicle,
- You are the owner or registered keeper of the vehicle or in the case of contract hire and leasing agreements, the authorised user of the vehicle,
- You are named as the customer in the Finance or Contract Hire/Lease agreement,
- The term of the Finance or Contract Hire/Lease agreement is less than or equal to 60 months,
- Your vehicle is listed in the Glass's Guide and principally used in the UK.
You can't buy this if;
- The vehicle will be used for competition, racing, pace making, hire or reward, off road use or driving school,
- The vehicle is owned temporarily by a business formed for the purpose of selling or servicing vehicles,
- Your vehicle is used as an emergency service vehicle, goods vehicle, self-drive hire, public or private hire, motorhomes,
- Your vehicle is designed to carry more than 8 people including the driver,
- Your vehicle is modified from the manufacturers specification. Call for clarification.The following vehicles are not covered; left hand drive, a motorcycle, Bristol, Bugatti, Cosworth, De Tomaso, Dorchester, Ginetta, Hummer, Honda NSX, Lamborghini, Lancia Thema, Maybach, Mitsubishi 3000GT, Marcos, Noble, Maserati, Grey Imports, American vehicles unless right hand drive and manufactured for the UK market, any vehicle not listed in Glasses Guide or a kit car.
