The Willow Foundation is a national charity that funds and organises special, morale-boosting and memorable days for seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds.

Willow is the only charity of its kind providing special days for seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds throughout the UK. To date, Willow has provided almost 7,000 special days for young people living with life-threatening conditions including cancer, motor neurone disease, cystic fibrosis and Huntington’s disease.

Special days aim to give seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds a break from the stress and difficult realities of diagnosis and treatment. They offer the chance to spend quality time with loved ones doing something they will all enjoy and creating precious memories.

The Willow Foundation was founded in 1999 by Bob and Megs Wilson as a lasting memorial to their daughter, Anna, who died of cancer aged 31.

Charity co-founder, Bob Wilson said, “Without the support of businesses like Click2protect, the Willow Foundation would not be able to help so many young people who are living each day with a life threatening illness.  Each time somebody clicks to buy a policy online, they will be making a real and positive difference to people's lives at a time when they need it most.  Thank you for your support."

For every policy purchased via the car2cover website, we will donate £1 to the Willow Foundation.
