- Can I pay monthly as I do with my motor insurance policy?

No. We do however offer 4 easy ways to pay including Debit or Credit Card, Cheque, Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- Is there a claim limit for each claim made on the Warranty?

The total claim limit is equal to your vehicles purchase invoice price. The individual claim limit can be chosen by you at point of warranty purchase.
- Where can I take my car to be repaired ?

If you have chosen our network labour rate you can choose to use one of our approved repairer networks or have your vehicle repaired by your local or known repairer. The most the insurer will pay is the labour rate charged by the approved repairer networks which is £35 per hour outside the M25 and £42 inside the M25. You can choose to pay a little extra for your warranty and opt for a franchised dealer labour rate if you wish.
- Am I covered by your policies abroad?

Yes, you are covered in all member countries of the European Community and any country for which a Green Card is effective at time of loss.
- Can policies be transferred?

Most policies are specific to the insured and the insured vehicle and cannot be transferred. However, our Warranties can be transferred to a new owner for a nominal transfer administration fee.
- I would like to have warranty work carried out by a franchised dealer. Can you accommodate this?

If you purchased your car from a franchised dealer, our warranty will allow you to have repairs carried by that dealer providing you have chosen the franchised dealer labour rate at the time of buying yoiur warranty. - How long after buying my car can I buy your warranty?

You may purchase our warranty within 180 days of an existing warranty expiring.
- How long after my existing warranty expires can I buy your warranty?

If your existing warranty has expired you may still purchase a car2cover warranty, providing you do so within 180 days of expiry of your previous warranty.
- Do you cover all makes and models of vehicles?
