Making a claim will be a simple process providing you prepare properly. These notes are provided to help you.
All claims MUST be notified within 30 days of the total loss.
You should notify the Claims Office by telephone on 0870 766 6169.
You also notify the Claims Office as soon as you receive a written offer of settlement under your Motor Insurance Policy.
Do not accept any offer of settlement from your motor insurer without first contacting the Claims Office.

When making a claim you must have ready;
- Your policy number and vehicle registration number,
- Details of the cause of the loss,
- A valid crime reference number in the case of malicious damage or theft,
- Details of any outstanding finance agreement,
- Your original vehicle purchase invoice,
- Any other evidence or details which may be appropriate.
Please have paper and pen to hand to make notes of claim reference numbers and details of what you will need to do next. The Claims Office are experienced in these matters and will offer any help you might need.
