Christmas holiday period and contact arrangements

We are in the process of changing underwriter and we will not be in a position to quote until first week of January and not in a position to effect cover until at least 3rd week of January 2020. All existing policies are unaffected.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact your insurer directly using the contact details found within your terms and conditions document. This document can be accessed through your online account with us at If you cannot remember your password, please choose 'forgot password', enter your email address and our system will email a link to enable you to choose a password and log in. Please always follow the claims process.
