To make a claim, please read your policy terms and conditions first.

Please be aware claim lines are open normal 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.

If your policy has a policy number starting with 'UKG', or if you purchased cover between 13th September 2015 - 30th September 2019 - please contact the insurers claims team as follows;
